Job summary

Boulder Housing Partners in Boulder, CO is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a regional portfolio within the Property Management Department. You will lead property management teams to maximize occupancy, ensure residency success, and maintain program compliance with HUD, LIHTC, PBV, HOME, and market-rate properties.

This role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, and excellent resident relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in property management, real estate, business administration, or related field.
• Three years of progressively responsible property management experience including supervisory responsibility.
• Certification in LIHTC, PBV, PBC, HOME, or CPM preferred or obtainable within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property management activities and operations for assigned assets, including fiscal management, occupancy, and resident relations.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, HOME, City of Boulder, and other programs, including voucher portfolios.
• Develop budgets, policies, and priorities for property portfolios and monitor resource needs.
• Direct and evaluate staff; provide training and implement discipline as needed.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Resident Services to meet departmental goals and ensure site quality.
