Qualifications

• Affordable housing experience including LIHTC.
• Prior experience as a Regional Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years of housing-industry experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in property management software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a housing community portfolio with offsite leadership oversight.
• Manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration & risk management.
• Ensure compliance with Equal Housing Opportunity and LIHTC/Section 8 policies; monitor regulatory and funding requirements.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and provide monthly income/expense analyses.
• Lead strategic leasing, marketing plans, resident relations, and retention programs.
• Travel 25–50% of time to manage multiple properties.
