Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Regional Manager, Affordable Housing to oversee a housing portfolio. You will supervise onsite staff, ensure compliance with LIHTC and Fair Housing requirements, and manage budgets and reporting.

Ideal candidates have prior Regional Manager experience, CAM/ARM credentials, and strong knowledge of housing regulations. Travel to sites is expected as part of leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Affordable housing experience including LIHTC.
• Prior experience as a Regional Manager.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years in housing industry.
• CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) or ARM (Accredited Resident Manager) preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Basic computer skills for on-site software and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing portfolio, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration and risk management.
• Supervise staff, ensure compliance with company policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop budgets, monitor income/expenses, and manage capital improvements.
