Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Regional Manager for Affordable Housing to oversee a portfolio of housing communities, ensuring compliance with LIHTC and Section 8 while driving financial performance and risk management. You will lead onsite staff, monitor leasing, maintenance, and regulatory adherence across sites, coordinating with VP leadership.

Requires experience in affordable housing, CAM/ARM preferred, and strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws. Travel 25–50% is expected; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Affordable housing experience including LIHTC.
• Experience interpreting Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
