Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Regional Manager, Affordable Housing to oversee operations of a housing community portfolio. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration, and risk while ensuring compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

Lead offsite teams to deliver high performance. Ideal candidates have LIHTC experience, prior regional management roles, and a strong grasp of budget development, reporting, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Affordable housing experience including LIHTC.
• Prior experience as Regional Manager in housing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• CAM/ARM certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with on-site software.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Oversee LIHTC and Section 8 policies and annual recertifications.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for portfolios.
• Supervise on-site staff through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Ensure timely rent collection, deposits, and vendor payments.
