Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor responsible for all maintenance operations at a multi-location community. You will lead the maintenance staff, ensure safety compliance, manage service requests, and coordinate with the Community Manager to maintain property conditions.

The role requires EPA/CPO certification with HVAC preferred, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work on-call. Salary and benefits reflect a full-time, on-site position with total rewards including health

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desirable.
• Basic computer skills required for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee maintenance operations and staff.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs/replacements for common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily for hazards.
• Manage inventory and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Maintain preventive maintenance program to extend asset life.
• Promote safe work practices and OSHA compliance.
• Participate in unit inspections as requested.
• Maintain accurate service records and compliance documents.
• Assist with upkeep of office, common areas, and model units.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
• Direct and monitor maintenance, construction, and rehab activities.
