Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, including service requests, preventative tasks, and staff coordination. The role works closely with the Community Manager to ensure safety, efficiency, and timely completion of make‑ready units.

Required are a High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA and CPO certification, and basic computer skills. HVAC experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Proficient with on-site software and basic computer functions.
• Understanding of safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community and respond to service requests.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors and the Community Manager.
• Ensure preventative maintenance and unit make‑ready work are completed on time.
• Maintain records for service requests, safety standards, and inspections.
