Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance staff and contractors at a residential community. You will manage service requests, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance while coordinating with the Community Manager to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA and CPO certification, and HVAC knowledge, with on-site availability and a focus on quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Maintenance leadership and scheduling experience.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and EPA protocols.
• Ability to manage vendors and budgets.
• On-site supervision of residential maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance staff and vendors to ensure quality work.
• Schedule and track work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify safety/liability issues.
• Maintain records of service requests, OSHA/EPA standards, and make-readies.
