Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, budgeting, and safety compliance. You will work with the Community Manager to supervise staff and vendors, ensuring quality, efficiency, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance management and respond to work orders.
• Coordinate schedule for resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings daily for hazards and safety.
• Maintain inventory and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Assist with on-call emergencies and after-hours support.
• Lead maintenance staff under the Community Manager to ensure timelymake-ready work.
