Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across communities. You will supervise staff, manage work orders, ensure safety standards, and coordinate with the Community Manager on budget and resources.

Role requires regular onsite attendance, vendor coordination, and participation in on-call emergencies. Strong knowledge of OSHA rules and Fair Housing laws is desirable.
