Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of our communities. You will supervise staff, coordinate requests and work orders, and ensure safety and preventative maintenance programs are in place to protect residents and property.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge desirable.
• Ability to operate on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community and manage staff.
• Coordinate and respond to resident and management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and facilities daily for hazards and repairs.
• Maintain inventory and manage budget-conscious supplies.
• Lead preventive maintenance and ensure safety standards.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff under Community Manager.
• Handle on-call emergencies and coordinate with vendors.
