Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across a community, coordinating staff and vendors to ensure timely repairs, safety, and compliance. The role requires overseeing service requests, preventative maintenance, and inventory management while maintaining strong resident relations.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff under the Community Manager, enforcing OSHA guidelines, and participating in on-call emergencies to uphold property

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and scheduling of community assets.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units while maintaining safety standards.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and facilities daily for hazards and compliance.
• Manage maintenance supplies and inventory within budget guidelines.
• Support on-call emergency coverage at the community.
• Provide leadership, training, and supervision for maintenance staff and vendors.
