Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across communities, coordinating staff, vendors, and work orders. The role emphasizes safety, preventative maintenance, and resident service.

The ideal candidate will have EPA & CPO certification, basic computer skills, and HVAC knowledge, with a willingness to work on-call and weekends as needed. A strong understanding of Fair Housing and OSHA standards is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee maintenance operations and staff.
• Coordinate requests and work orders; ensure repairs in common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for safety hazards and compliance.
• Manage inventory and maintain a preventative maintenance program.
• Supervise maintenance staff and provide training under Community Manager.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resident relations.
