Job summary

FirstKey Homes, LLC is seeking a Regional Service Manager to oversee Maintenance Managers and Vendors across multiple markets. You will guide teams, address escalated issues, ensure KPIs are met, and maintain safety compliance.

The role involves workforce planning and performance management across dispersed locations. The ideal candidate has extensive construction management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and cost estimation reviews.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalence.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive construction management experience.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with reviewing and understanding cost estimates and scopes of work.
• Experience managing multiple contractors/crews at various locations.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role that spans disperse geographic locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Service Managers and Vendors to ensure residents are satisfied and expenses stay within targets.
• Monitor KPIs to meet response times, satisfaction and productivity standards.
• Resolve complex escalated matters from Service Managers in the region.
• Review third party vendor requests, approve, and review invoices for completed work.
• Train team on new processes and procedures and promote best practices.
• Monitor cost control of service orders within budget.
• Follow-up on service orders to ensure resident satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Track work orders and report accurate updates.
• Comply with health and safety rules and ensure properties comply with laws.
• Coordinate activities to maximize process efficiency and supervise staff.
