Job summary

FirstKey Homes LLC is seeking a Service Manager to lead the local Service Office and Field Operations across markets. The role ensures timely, safe, and high-quality completion of resident service requests while promoting exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

The position includes about 10% field time for inspections and performance evaluation of the team, with oversight of Lead Technicians, Coordinators, Technicians, and Vendors.

Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years in service, maintenance, construction, or property management leadership.
• Proven experience managing teams including Technicians, Coordinators, and Vendors.
• Strong financial acumen with budget, expense, and cost control experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead local Service Office and Field Operations teams to deliver safe, high-quality service.
• Oversee lead technicians, service coordinators, technicians, and vendors while ensuring policy adherence and budget compliance.
• Conduct field inspections (~10% field time) to assess assets, resident experience, and team performance.
• Track and report KPIs on service efficiency, resident satisfaction, and budget adherence.
• Oversee service-related budgets, including work orders, fleet costs, materials, and vendor services.
