Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive construction management experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Experience reviewing cost estimates and scopes of work.
• Experience managing multiple contractors across locations.
• Leadership experience across dispersed geographic locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Service Managers and Vendors to ensure best outcomes and resident satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage KPIs for response times, satisfaction, and productivity.
• Resolve escalated matters from Service Managers within the region.
• Review third-party vendor usage and approve invoices for completed work.
• Train team on new processes and promote maintenance best practices.
• Monitor cost control of service orders and ensure budgets are met.
• Follow-up on service orders to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Track work orders and report accurate updates.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety rules and local regulations.
• Coordinate activities to maximize process efficiency; supervise staff and performance.
