Job summary

FirstKey Homes, LLC is seeking a Service Manager to lead the local Service Office and Field Operations in our markets. You will drive safety, quality, and customer service while guiding technicians and vendors to meet standards.

You will manage budgets, performance metrics, and vendor relationships, working across property management teams to maximize resident satisfaction and asset performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in service, maintenance, construction, or property management leadership.
• Experience managing teams including technicians, coordinators, and vendors.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, expenses, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead local Service Office and Field Operations teams to deliver safe, high-quality service.
• Oversee leaders, coordinators, technicians, and vendors; ensure policy alignment and budget adherence.
• Monitor key metrics, drive continuous improvement, and report on performance and asset management.
• Balance field inspections with office oversight to optimize resident satisfaction and operations.
