FirstKey Homes LLC is seeking a Service Technician Lead to plan and direct installation, repair, and maintenance of FKH assets across the assigned MSA. You will supervise technicians, coach staff, and ensure safety, budgets, and timelines are met.

The role requires leadership, strong residential/commercial service experience, and a solid understanding of codes, planning, and MS Office. On-call and weekend availability may be required to support residents and maintain service levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 7–10 years of residential/commercial service experience.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Knowledge of codes, municipal by-laws, inspection, estimating and planning.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and comfort with handheld devices (iPad).
• EPA Type II or Universal certification maintained on file.

Responsabilités

• Plan, lead, and coordinate installation, repair, and maintenance of assets.
• Instruct employees in proper work methods and monitor quality.
• Ensure adherence to schedules, safety, and budgeted utilization.
• Onboard and train technicians; manage performance and accountability.
• Coordinate with Service Coordination Team and resolve open work orders.
• Review daily calendars, ensure supplies and information are ready.
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve problems with contractors.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance reviews to the team.
