Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 6+ years in service, maintenance, construction, or property management leadership.
• Proven experience managing teams and vendors.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets and cost controls.
• Proficiency in MS Office and service management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead local Service Office and Field Operations teams to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Oversee Lead Technicians, Service Coordinators, Service Technicians, and Vendors.
• Inspect property conditions and assess resident experience with ~10% field time.
• Track and report key performance metrics (service efficiency, resident satisfaction, budget adherence).
• Oversee vendor relationships and manage service-related budgets.
