Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the Sam’s Club/Lumberton facility’s daily maintenance operations, ensuring equipment functionality, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. The role focuses on supervising a team, coordinating tasks, and maintaining high performance across maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate will have relevant education or experience in industrial maintenance, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive efficiency while safeguarding staff

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Technical School Certification in an Industrial related field is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Industrial, or related field preferred or 2 years Walmart Logistics maintenance experience with leadership exposure.
• 2 years supervisory experience in an industrial related environment; managing workload and development of staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance staff and leaders; assign duties and coordinate workloads.
• Monitor and ensure department performance related to maintaining warehouse equipment and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations (e.g., OSHA, NFPA, Hazardous Waste, DOT).
• Develop and manage budgets, track expenses and capital expenditures; analyze reports.
