Walmart is seeking a Licensed Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee predictive and preventive maintenance across a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, work with Store Managers and Facility Services leadership, and coordinate with vendors to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, licensing, and ongoing training, with extensive travel and strong collaboration across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.
• Or 5 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities within a regional area.
• Lead a team of technicians to ensure efficient operations.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs.
• Coordinate work with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Provide reporting and analytics on facilities performance.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses to stay in good standing with authorities.
• Participate in training programs to stay current with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance and quality standards.
• Obtain and schedule inspections and permits per building codes when applicable.
