Qualifications

• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
• Experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in hiring and promotion.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing to direct staff, suppliers and customers.
• Monitor and manage department productivity and safety, ensure policy compliance and training.
• Manage maintenance department daily operations including equipment upkeep and regulatory compliance (OSHA, NFPA, etc.).
• Develop talent, coach and evaluate associates and leaders, and participate in hiring decisions.
