Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance for regional facilities. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant operations while collaborating with Store Managers and Facility Services leadership to meet service levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in facilities/maintenance management or related field.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Mechanical contractor license or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across a regional area.
• Lead a team of technicians; partner with Store Managers and Facility Services leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors; ensure compliance and safety.
• Maintain reporting and analytics on facility performance.
• Ensure licenses, permits and inspections are up to date.
• Travel approximately 50% within the region.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering/related field
