Job summary

JES Holdings in Jennings, MO, seeks a Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee regional maintenance operations across properties. The role combines hands-on work with supervising staff, budgeting, and coordinating capital projects.

Travel between properties is required, with quarterly inspections and ongoing staff coaching. Ideal candidates will have EPA 608 certification, 6+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory duties, and strong knowledge of HVAC systems, blueprints, and LIHTC

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• Must have 6+ years of maintenance experience within the field with supervisory experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification and HVAC knowledge to troubleshoot, repair, and replace HVAC systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint; Real Page Onesite experience.
• Able to read blueprints and schematics; familiarity with building trades.
• Knowledge of LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 Compliance and budget planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sites, develop training programs, manage vendors and capital projects, and standardize processes across sites.
• Travel daily with overnight stays as necessary.
• Conduct quarterly property inspections for properties within region.
• Assist in maintenance budgets and capital projects; hire/train on-site staff.
• Lead region-wide maintenance trainings and ensure safety compliance.
• Cover on-call shifts and coordinate with property managers during vacancies.
• Maintain relationships with residents, vendors, and staff; ensure timely issue resolution.
