Job summary

JLL is hiring a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead leadership development and site excellence across Western US distribution centers. You will coach field leaders, standardize maintenance practices, and elevate site performance while driving safety and cost controls.

The role requires heavy travel (70–80%) across North America and deep experience in multi-site maintenance leadership. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership position within the National Operations Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years leading multi-site maintenance teams with 80+ staff.
• Experience in regional maintenance leadership and change management.
• Knowledge of Material Handling Equipment and 24/7 logistics.
• Willingness to travel 70–80% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Deploy across the network to assess gaps and drive KPI targets.
• Coach Senior/Area Maintenance Managers in the field.
• Standardize maintenance methods and improve reliability.
• Provide safety culture leadership and site performance reporting.
• Manage budgets, audits, and cross-site program deployment.
