Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Portfolio Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across a portfolio of 7 communities (over 1900 units) in California. You will lead on-site Maintenance Managers, develop teams, manage budgets, and drive safety and resident satisfaction.

This full-time role requires 5+ years in multi-site property maintenance, with strong leadership and vendor management. You will ensure compliance with regulations and deliver high-quality preventive maintenance,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multi-family, commercial, hotel/resort, or retail property maintenance management.
• Multi-site oversight experience preferred (1000+ units).
• 5+ years of direct supervisory experience required (People Management experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop on-site Maintenance Managers and teams with coaching, direction, and performance feedback.
• Forecast resource needs and ensure proper staffing across communities.
• Prepare and monitor operating budgets; control expenses to meet goals without compromising quality.
