Job summary

Fairgrove Property Management in Southern California is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee multi-site maintenance operations and mentor teams across the region.

Reporting to the Director of Maintenance Operations, you will lead about 10 direct reports, manage work orders, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to optimize performance and service quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in property management maintenance or related field.
• Proficient in AppFolio or similar Property Management Software, and Microsoft Office 365.
• Proven leadership skills demonstrated by successfully leading a team.
• Organized and able to manage work orders for multiple priorities.
• Clean driving record and dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for properties within the assigned region.
• Manage ~10 direct reports, including timecard management and performance reviews.
• Enforce policies to ensure regulatory compliance and company guidelines.
• Monitor maintenance activities to ensure timely work orders and preventive tasks.
• Serve as escalation point to resolve matters for all stakeholders.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess compliance and identify improvements.
• Perform routine work orders 40% of their time.
