Job summary

Fairway Management is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance across multiple properties in Albany, GA. This hands-on role combines daily on-site work with regional leadership, training staff, and ensuring cost-effective operations across properties.

Travel is required, with overnight stays as needed. You will mentor technicians, help prepare budgets, coordinate capital projects, and ensure safety and compliance across all sites.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• 6+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification and HVAC troubleshooting experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read blueprints and use hand/power tools.
• Knowledge of LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 compliance and budget planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sites, develop training programs, manage vendors and capital projects.
• Standardize processes across all sites and ensure customer service standards.
• Travel daily with overnight stays as necessary.
• Conduct quarterly property inspections for properties within region.
• Lead hands-on maintenance work and mentor staff as needed.
• Assist in budgeting and capital project oversight, and interview for maintenance roles.
• Maintain safety, schedule, and inventory controls across properties.
