Job summary

Greystar is hiring for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance staff and manage troubleshooting across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems. The role includes scheduling preventive maintenance, coordinating with the District Maintenance Manager, and driving training programs via the LMS.

Responsible for budgeting input with the RPM, evaluating suppliers on quality and cost, and participating in interviews for Service Supervisors.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Scheduling preventive and floating maintenance.
• Ability to train staff and track LMS progress.
• Experience evaluating suppliers in terms of quality and cost.

Responsibilities

• Conducts annual maintenance inspections and reports to leadership.
• Lead on-site maintenance staff in diagnosis and repairs of systems.
• Schedule preventive and floating maintenance; coordinate with DMM as applicable.
• Train and oversee workshops; track registrations in LMS; assign tasks with DMM.
• Assist RPM with annual budget process for maintenance items.
• Evaluate suppliers annually for quality and pricing.
• Assist in interview process for Service Supervisors and provide post-interview reports.
• Support community and RPM with training, coaching, and discipline.
• Perform other tasks as directed.
