Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead and develop maintenance leadership across North America’s distribution centers. You will deploy across a dynamic portfolio, coaching in the field and driving standardization of maintenance practices.

You will oversee Health Check audits, KPI performance, and technical leadership in MHE, robotics, and industrial automation while traveling 70–80% to sites across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; leadership experience in regional/multi-site maintenance.
• 6+ years managing employees and performance, including salaried leaders.
• Experience in regional or multi-site maintenance with 80+ employees.
• Experience leading change and driving performance across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of Material Handling Equipment systems and 24/7 logistics environments.

Responsabilités

• Deploy network-wide to close gaps and restore KPI targets.
• Coach Senior/Area Maintenance Managers and site teams in leadership practices.
• Develop reliability plans to increase uptime.
• Provide safety culture and training across sites.
• Manage client relationships and program delivery for maintenance excellence.
