Job summary

Elevation Property Management LLC is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across multiple properties in the assigned region. You will lead and develop Maintenance Supervisors, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while aligning with company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in multifamily or related field; regional leadership preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade certification a plus.
• HVAC Certification required; EPA, CPO, OSHA certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and evaluate Maintenance Supervisors and teams across the region.
• Oversee scheduling, preventive maintenance programs, and service workflows for efficiency and resident satisfaction.
• Manage budgeting, capital planning, and vendor selection in collaboration with regional managers.
• Oversee capital projects, renovations, and due diligence for property acquisitions or transitions.
• Ensure timely, high-quality maintenance services that support move-ins and unit readiness.
