Job summary

Edgewood Properties, Inc. seeks an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to support the Director of Residential Maintenance in overseeing maintenance operations across a regional portfolio of multifamily properties.

This role covers areas in South Jersey including Toms River, Galloway, and surrounding towns. The candidate will lead field maintenance teams, coordinate with property managers, supervise vendors, and ensure compliance with safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; relevant technical training, certifications, or equivalent maintenance experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of maintenance supervisory or management experience in multi-family property management, building maintenance, or facility management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance performance across an assigned regional portfolio and report significant issues, trends, and opportunities to the Director of Residential Maintenance.
• Provide direct leadership, coaching, and support to assigned maintenance personnel and coordinate the work of third-party vendors.
• Coordinate vendor performance, service requests, inventory levels, and maintenance schedules within the assigned region, while escalating significant vendor or service issues.
• Monitor regional maintenance expenses, review significant repair costs, and escort budget concerns or unplanned expenditures to the Director of Residential Maintenance.
