Job summary

Edgewood Properties Inc. is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to support the Director of Residential Maintenance across a group of multi-family properties.

This role oversees daily maintenance operations, ensuring safe, well-maintained, and compliant buildings with strong field leadership and vendor coordination. The candidate will lead maintenance teams, coordinate with property managers, enforce preventive maintenance programs, and monitor budgets and turnovers.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; relevant technical training or certifications may be considered.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of maintenance supervisory/management experience in multi-family or facility management.
• Experience overseeing maintenance operations across multiple properties or locations preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills required.
• Ability to prioritize maintenance needs, coordinate vendors, control expenses, and manage day-to-day regional operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance performance across an assigned regional portfolio and report significant issues to the Director of Residential Maintenance.
• Provide direct leadership and support to maintenance personnel and coordinate third-party vendors; collaborate with property managers on staffing.
• Implement and enforce maintenance policies, procedures, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with laws and company standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections, document findings, and drive improvement with onsite teams.
• Coordinate vendor performance, service requests, inventory, and schedules within the region.
