Job summary

Prismhr Hire seeks a Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across a portfolio of properties in Florida. You will lead and develop Maintenance Supervisors, coordinate preventive maintenance, and drive safety, efficiency, and resident satisfaction regionally.

The role partners with Regional Property Managers and Directors of Property Management to shape budgets and capital plans, while upholding safety and quality standards across all assets. Extensive travel is required.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in the multifamily or related field.
High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification a plus.
HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and preventive maintenance knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Maintenance Supervisors and on-site teams across the region.
Oversee scheduling, preventive maintenance programs, and service workflows to maximize efficiency.
Conduct regular property inspections to assess conditions and support improvement plans.
Manage emergency response protocols and ensure readiness for all teams in the region.
Collaborate on annual budgets, capital planning, and vendor selection.
Ensure timely completion and quality of maintenance projects and improve resident satisfaction.
