Job summary

Edgewood Properties, Inc. is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to support the Director of Residential Maintenance in overseeing maintenance operations across an assigned group of multi-family properties.

The role requires day-to-day leadership of maintenance teams, coordination with property managers and vendors, and ensuring safe, well-maintained communities in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance supervisory or management experience in multi-family property management, building maintenance, or facility management.
• Experience supporting maintenance operations across multiple properties or locations preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in various physical environments when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance performance across an assigned regional portfolio and report significant issues to the Director of Residential Maintenance.
• Provide direct leadership and coaching to assigned maintenance personnel and coordinate the work of third-party vendors.
• Implement and reinforce maintenance policies and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure properties are maintained in a clean, safe, and operational condition and address deficiencies promptly.
• Coordinate vendor performance, service requests, and maintenance schedules within the region.
