Luxor Healthcare is seeking a Regional Maintenance Director to oversee its Saint Louis region, which includes several skilled nursing communities.

Experience for Regional Maintenance Director:

• Experience working in or with SNF communities.

Responsibilities of Regional Maintenance Director:

• Responsible for all aspects of the physical plant.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of the entire maintenance program.
• Implement a proactive preventative maintenance program to ensure asset longevity and equipment functionality.
• Manage and maintain a realistic budget for supplies, materials, and vendor expenses for routine and non-routine categories.
• Maintain working knowledge of current DOH and CMS regulations and requirements.
• Participate in the company's Safety Program.
• Have working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and low voltage systems.
• Support all buildings by working closely with facility Maintenance Directors, Administrators, and Regional Team Members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Report discrepancies in your area to the department supervisor.
