Job summary

AION Management LLC is seeking a Regional Service Manager in Laurel, MD to lead maintenance operations across apartment communities. You will develop scopes of work, review bids, supervise vendors, and drive safety and inventory controls while shaping service team capabilities.

Responsibilities include planning capital improvements, enforcing maintenance procedures, and ensuring compliance with building codes.

Qualifications

5-6 years’ experience in maintenance and construction and repair for apartment communities; Minimum 3 years in multi-family maintenance managerial position.
High school diploma or equivalent; CFC Certification Universal.
Background in managing site-wide unit preventative maintenance or capital improvement projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable with CMM systems.
Ability to travel outside home market when needed; NJ/PA building codes knowledge.

Responsibilities

Develop scope of work and bids for major projects and for turnover, landscaping, pools, and HVAC.
Bid, negotiate, and supervise vendors; manage contracts and permits.
Track project schedules and maintain under budget; monitor preventative maintenance programs.
Audit safety, inventory, and storage; train and mentor service personnel.
Support after-hours emergencies and coordinate service team readiness.
