Job summary

Pratum Companies is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager for the Washington, DC Metro Region. The role oversees in-house and contract maintenance across a multi-state portfolio including DC, MD and VA, with travel to FL as needed.

The incumbent leads safety, preventive maintenance, budgeting and reporting, partnering with asset managers and ownership to uphold high property standards. Responsibilities include inspections, capital projects, vendor management, and implementing standardized

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical, multi-family maintenance with 5+ years in supervision
• NSPIRE/REAC inspection experience (5+ years)
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators and central plant systems
• Fluent English reading/writing; strong communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% across states

Responsibilities

• Inspect site, buildings and units and schedule maintenance work
• Supervise capital projects and manage maintenance budgets
• Coordinate with Regional Property Manager on special projects
• Manage vendor contracts, procurements and cost controls
• Maintain Emergency/Disaster Plans and safety procedures training
• Utilize Yardi for reports and utility management
• Ensure NSPIRE/REAC inspection readiness across properties
• Implement preventive maintenance programs portfolio-wide
