Job summary

AION is seeking a Maintenance Manager for Hunters Crossing Apartments in Newark, DE, to lead maintenance and service operations, ensure safety, reliability, and resident satisfaction. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 5+ years in maintenance or facilities, preferably multifamily.
• 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for residential units, common areas, and building systems.
• Respond to service requests, unit turns, inspections, and emergencies.
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventative maintenance programs.
• Order, organize, and manage materials and equipment for PM activities.
• Ensure PM inspections are documented and closed in the maintenance system.
• Coordinate resident notifications and communicate with management and residents.
