Fairmont Management Inc. seeks an experienced multifamily maintenance leader to advance into regional leadership and capital project management. This hands-on role focuses on managing repairs, renovations and capital improvements across our portfolio.

You will troubleshoot complex plumbing, electrical and water intrusion issues, coach teams, and oversee vendor proposals and capital projects from scope to closeout. A safety-first mindset and strong ownership are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7 years progressive multifamily maintenance experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of multi-family contracting procedures

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, water intrusion and other maintenance issues
• Train, coach and support maintenance supervisors and technicians
• Promote safety, preventative maintenance and operational practices
• Evaluate vendor proposals and provide apples-to-apples comparisons
• Manage capital projects from scope and bidding through construction and closeout
• Monitor contractors for schedule, scope, quality and workmanship
• Drive use of maintenance/property management software as system of record
