Job summary

The Exchange is seeking a senior Loss Prevention Manager to lead and enhance safety, environmental, and security programs across an assigned geographic area. The role emphasizes investigations, report writing, and data-driven decision making to protect Exchange assets.

Expect responsibilities spanning audits, interviews, and preparing case files, with onsite work in Okinawa, Japan. A secret clearance is required, and a background in LP leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Six years of loss prevention management experience which includes conducting investigations/audits, report writing, presentations, planning, research skills, and goal setting.
• Bachelor's degree in a major field of study and four years of loss prevention management experience including investigations, audits, reporting, planning and research.
• Must acquire and maintain a secret security clearance throughout employment in this position.

Responsibilities

• Provides training to associates including new hires, profit protection, OSHA, internal controls, etc.
• Conducts OSHA, environmental, and loss prevention inspections/surveys/systems management.
• Oversees equipment management including CCTV, CCTV systems, EAS, safety products, vehicles, etc.
• Supervises assigned associates.
• Conducts investigations including theft, fraud, workplace violence, etc.
