Fast Retailing Co., Ltd. seeks a Loss Prevention Manager to oversee the LP program across NJ/NY stores and lead a team of LP professionals. You will partner with store operations, HR and staff to curb theft and operational losses.

The role demands 3–5 years of retail LP leadership, strong investigations skills, and expertise with CCTV, EAS, RFID, and IP configurations. Willingness to commute among Jersey Gardens, Menlo Park, Newport Centre and Staten Island locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of Retail Loss Prevention management experience.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written, skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize / multi task.
• Proficient in conducting investigations and integrity interviews.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and train Loss Prevention staff at each location.
• Develop, implement, and audit shortage action plans.
• Promote accountability and manage performance of remote personnel.
• Maintain and troubleshoot LP equipment including CCTV, access control and alarm systems.
• Lead investigations and secure evidence for prosecution as needed.
• Enforce LP policies and training across store operations.
