Job summary

The Navy Exchange Service Command seeks an Asset Protection/Safety Supervisor to support the Loss Prevention/Safety Manager at the Northwest District. You will help plan, develop, and evaluate loss prevention programs, focusing on safety, physical security, and operational reviews.

Responsibilities include assisting with investigations, safety training, and implementing programs in accordance with DoN codes and standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in administrative, investigative, or loss prevention fields to gain relevant skills.
• Ability to exercise mature judgment and work with others in person-to-person relationships.
• Substitution: 1 year of college equals nine months of experience, up to a 4-year degree for 3 years of general experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists Loss Prevention/Safety Manager in planning, developing and evaluating loss prevention programs, including safety and security measures.
• Assists in investigations of internal/external theft, accidents, fraud, and other incidents, documenting findings per policy.
• Supports safety training, programs, and compliance with Navy/DoD codes and standards across locations.
