Qualifications

• 2 years of progressively responsible experience in retail loss prevention providing analytical, planning, advisory, or evaluative work in security/investigations, internal review and control techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate loss prevention, safety, and security programs.
• Manage internal/external theft investigations and oversee CCTV, alarms, and audits.
• Hire, train, and supervise loss prevention/safety staff.
• Collaborate with store operations to reduce inventory shrink and improve control measures.
• Maintain DoD security clearance and ensure compliance with policies.
