Ideal candidates have 3+ years in safety oversight, strong project management, and experience presenting to C-level executives. This hybrid role requires up to 70% travel and solid proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct safety oversight experience.
• Certified Safety Professional or ASP preferred.
• Multi-site safety oversight experience preferred.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience presenting to C-level executives.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Experience managing large, complex accounts or projects.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate implementation and management of regional loss-prevention programs for the assigned area.
• Provide training to field staff on loss control and compliance issues.
• Advise field management on risks at client locations and assist decision making.
• Mentor and develop staff; manage service delivery to meet targets.
• Travel up to 70% for field work; hybrid office/field arrangement.
• Conduct accident investigations and develop prevention plans.
• Analyze loss data to identify critical safety issues and trends.
• Maintain executive relationships with the field and stakeholders.
• Ensure OSHA and governmental compliance across operations.
