Qualifications

• BA/BS required; Advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of field leadership experience and/or payer account management.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing and sales leadership preferred.
• Proven ability to lead others to success through coaching and influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead LTC commercial activities for the region and establish a team of LTC Account Managers.
• Develop and implement strategic regional plans with live/virtual interactions.
• Drive LTC sales performance and manage P&L at region level.
• Collaborate with Market Access to coordinate pull-through and access dynamics.
• Travel as needed to build internal and external relationships and ensure compliant operations.
