Job summary

Cornerstone-Capital-Bank seeks a Loan Officer to build relationships and drive results in home lending. You’ll originate loans, mentor regional LOs, recruit new candidates, onboard them to our sales culture, and support strategic production goals across the region.

You bring 5+ years in mortgage or related sales, strong communication, and leadership skills. A valid NMLS license and state licensure are required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a team‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years mortgage industry experience preferred.
• NMLS Safe License required; state licensure as applicable.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Originate loans by managing personal production pipeline and team pipeline.
• Coach Regional LOs to achieve top potential.
• Recruit LO candidates for the Region.
• Onboard new LO candidates with training on sales culture.
• Assist Regional with production and support strategies.
