U.S. Bank is seeking a Mortgage Regional Manager to lead and manage Mortgage Loan Originators, driving production goals, operational excellence, growth and profitability across the region.

You will maintain a personal pipeline of retail mortgage loans, recruit, interview and train elite talent, and promote a strong sales culture through coaching and marketing materials.

This role requires NMLS registration, background checks, and collaboration with multiple departments to support strategic goals.

Qualificações

• Typically a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically two or more years of relevant experience.
• Thorough knowledge of sales and sales strategies.
• Well-developed leadership skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of mortgage products/services, operations, and current market trends.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Mortgage Loan Originators to achieve production goals.
• Maintain a personal pipeline of retail mortgage loans.
• Recruit, interview and train elite talent, and manage performance.
• Act as liaison between U.S. Bank Home Mortgage and other departments.
