Cornerstone Home Lending is seeking a Loan Officer who builds trusted relationships with clients and real estate professionals, guiding them through major financial decisions. You will originate loans, coach regional teams, recruit candidates, and onboard new loan officers while shaping a high-performing lending culture.

The role emphasizes strong organization, licensing compliance, and a proactive sales approach to help clients achieve homeownership and grow the regional business.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years mortgage industry experience.
• NMLS Safe License required.
• 5 years supervisory or 2+ years of management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative leadership and sales skills.
• Licensed in each state where licensable activities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Originate loans by managing personal and team production pipelines.
• Coach Regional LOs to reach potential within Cornerstone.
• Recruit LO candidates for the region.
• Onboard new LO candidates with training on sales culture and disciplines.
• Assist the Regional with production and support strategies.
