The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of origination experience, an active MLO license, and a proven track record of productive loan cycles within a robust referral network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of consecutive, recent mortgage loan origination experience.
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing for applicable state(s).
• Proven track record with a referral network of realtors and industry pros.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the mortgage journey from application to closing.
• Build genuine relationships with borrowers and referral partners.
• Stay sharp on market trends, product updates, and compliance requirements.
